The Seattle International Hostel is located inside the Commodore Motor Hotel, which is located in the heart of downtown Seattle. We are also in the city bus's "ride free" zone along with most downtown Seattle, making it very convenient to get around. We are also within walking distance from the Greyhound bus depot.
The Seattle International Hostel has separate sleeping areas for men and women. The rate is $15.00 + tax per night, $18.00 + tax if you need bedding. You must have a hostel card issued by a recognized hostel organization to stay in one of our hostel rooms. We do not sell hostel cards here and we do not take reservations on beds in the hostel.
We also have standard hotel rooms. You do not need a hostel card to stay in a hotel room and we do take reservations for them. The rates on our hotel rooms range from $46.00 to $62.00 for singles, and from $51.00 to $74.00 for doubles. All hotel rooms have double beds, color cable tv and telephones.
The Seattle International Hostel and Commodore Motor Hotel are open 24 hrs. You may come and go as you please, however for people staying the hostel, we ask that they be in by 2:00 AM, since they are sharing the room with others that may be trying to sleep. We also have good selection of vending machines, and a microwave oven the guests may use. We also have coin operated washing machines and dryers.
