SERIES: S0022EN - Tourism Excellence Series The Ontario Tourism Excellence Program provides tourism and hospitality facilities with a proven approach to strengthen their business, reach their business goals and achieve recognition for business excellence. This new quality improvement program is designed specifically for tourism managers, owners and operators. Based on the Canadian Framework for Excellence, these modules outline criteria and "good practices" that promote and sustain excellence in the tourism industry.
